Welcome to The Rock of Gainesville’s Announcement Submittal Page. Below you will find a form with the pertinent fields required for an approved announcement. The announcement protocol has recently been modified, so please take the time to read the disclosures below before you proceed.
- All announcements must be submitted via this webpage form. There will be no exceptions.
- All announcements are to be submitted once, by one person, otherwise known as the Point-of-Contact (POC).
- If an announcement requires any type of modification, then this form must be resubmitted highlighting the necessary changes to the currently approved and/or published announcement.
- All announcements desiring to receive approval and publishing for a Sunday Service must be submitted via this form no later than the Tuesday preceding that Sunday at 12:00PM. If an announcement is submitted at 12:01PM on a Tuesday or later, it will not be considered for publishing until the following week, which at the earliest could be published two Sundays out from submittal.
- Web. Announcements to be published on our website can be displayed as early as 3 months prior to the event date.
- Video. Announcements to be published on our 5:15 Rock News Broadcast are limited to 2 Sundays prior to the event date.
- The Rock Staff reserves the right to further limit or further expand the aforementioned parameters for any announcement it may deem necessary. Submittal of this form does not guarantee approval for publishing.
